Ronald Mann is the Managing Director of MCG Realty Advisors, where he oversees Madison Capital Group’s Miami-based brokerage arm with a focus on delivering strategic solutions across all asset classes in the real estate sector.

With a specialization in multifamily properties, Ron excels in guiding clients through acquisitions, developments, and investments that enhance community living and deliver significant returns.
His proficiency also extends to land acquisitions, where he facilitates site selection, entitlement processes, and comprehensive feasibility assessments to maximize land use for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
Ron brings in-depth knowledge of the industrial real estate market, enabling clients to capitalize on opportunities within logistics hubs, warehouses, and distribution centers tailored for today’s supply chain needs.
His expertise in the office and retail sectors includes advising on sales, leasing, redevelopment projects, as well as implementing adaptive reuse strategies for optimizing workspaces and retail shopping destinations.
Ron is a proud member of the 2024-2025 Miami Realtors Commercial Board of Governors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, and communications from the University of Miami, solidifying his foundational expertise in strategic communication and market positioning. Over the years, he has also served on the boards of esteemed organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Junior Achievement, the South Florida Superbowl Committee, and the Asian Real Estate Association of America.

Tim Martorella is the Managing Broker for MCG Realty advisors, and the founding principal of Madison Capital Group, which he has led since its inception in 1998. He has been responsible for the financing or sale of more than $8 billion of real estate in his career, including over $4 billion of multifamily and residential development.
Tim Martorella is also the principal of Madison Capital Investors, a real estate and private equity investment firm, and is responsible for overseeing all of its activities. He currently manages a portfolio of real estate and private equity investments, consisting of wholly owned real estate assets, real estate partnership equity interests, real estate fund interests, operating company and private placement investments, and public securities.
Tim was previously a partner at Boston Financial, a $7 billion asset real estate investment firm acquired by Lend Lease RE Investments, and a Director within the firm’s Investment Banking Group. He managed Boston Financials’ New York City office and its Capital Strategies and Principal Investments divisions.
Prior to joining Boston Financial, Tim was a principal and founding partner of Alliance Realty Capital, a real estate investment banking firm that was acquired by Boston Financial in 1995. He previously served in various investment and investment banking positions with Merrill Lynch Capital Markets, Prudential Realty Group and Boston Properties.
Tim was an Echols Scholar at the University of Virginia where he earned degrees in Economics and Computer Science. He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with Distinction.
Tim actively supports a number of charitable organizations in the community and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Carrfour Supportive Housing.

Gene DeRose is Chief Operating Officer and a Director at Madison Capital Group, where he manages all aspects of the company’s operations and oversees the communications and digital initiatives of the commercial real estate firm’s investment, advisory and merchant banking lines of business.
Gene has a 25+ year track record as a founder and c-level executive of prominent companies in technology, media and digital commerce, having raised hundreds of millions of dollars of venture capital, grown staff and operations, overseen m&a efforts, and successfully exited businesses via acquisition, merger or initial public offering.
Gene served for over a decade as ceo of technology research company Jupiter Communications, where he authored or edited seminal research studies defining the growth of digital advertising, commerce, news, and entertainment. As ceo and chairman, he grew Jupiter to a $100m company which he took public (NASD:JPTR) then sold to Media Metrix in a $414 million transaction.
Gene subsequently served for two years as president and chief operating officer of Jupiter as well as Media Metrix’s measurement businesses in advertising and digital media properties. Most recently, Gene was EVP of Global Business Development of Turbotic, a Swedish venture-backed based pioneer in A.I. powered enterprise automation. Before that, Gene was co-founder of Skymarker Labs, where he developed one of the first location social media apps. He is also co-founder (and currently vice chairman) of House Party, Inc., a social media / influencer marketing company he was for many years ceo of.
Gene has been an advisor to young entrepreneurs, a technology investor, and a director of several digital and non-profit ventures, including MOUSE (past chairman), which empowers inner city students through technology, and Opengate (longtime chairman), which provides housing and medical services for developmentally disabled adults.
DeRose has spoken widely and been featured on television, major news media and conferences around the world. DeRose is a University of Virgina graduate with a degree in English Literature.
MONICA MARTIROSYAN

Monica Martirosyan serves as a Marketing Coordinator at MCG Realty Advisors, supporting brokerage operations through listing management, preparation of offering memoranda, and coordination of marketing and client-facing materials.
Before joining MCG Realty, Monica worked as a Financial Analyst at Cognaize, where she processed and validated complex financial statements and contributed to developing automated reporting workflows that improved analytical efficiency. She later joined KPMG as an Audit Assistant, collaborating with audit teams on data analysis and financial structuring. Prior to KPMG, Monica worked on partner visibility and market engagement at iGB Live London.
Monica Martirosyan also serves as a Capital Markets Analyst at Madison Capital Group, MCG Realty’s parent company, supporting the firm’s debt and equity raising efforts on behalf of clients, as well as in important marketing and operational capacities.
Monica obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Business with a concentration in Accounting from the American University of Armenia.
ARTUR KARAPETYAN

Artur Karapetyan serves as an Analyst at MCG Realty Advisors, where he supports advisory and capital markets efforts through financial analysis, market research, and preparation of client-facing materials.
Prior to his role at MCG Realty, Artur was a business analyst at the “Shen Taniq” Construction Company in Armenia, where he led teams that analyzed customer-related data, helping clients to devise and implement new approaches to business communication and ethics for companies with significant multicultural diversity.
Artur Karapetyan also serves as a Capital Markets Analyst at Madison Capital Group. He is part of a team that supports the entire process of Madison’s debt and equity raising efforts on behalf of clients. This entails preparing offering memorandums, creating underwriting models, and market research in support of deals. Artur is also a part of Madison’s marketing team, supporting the company’s customer relationship management and communications.
Artur has excelled in business competitions, including the CaseKey Business Case Competition, the “Fast-Start” Pre-qualification program, and Ernst&Young sessions connected to the future tax system. Artur also founded a startup called “Patn’Pat,” which went through the EPIC Incubation program in Armenia. His business won two startup competitions in Armenia.
Artur obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business from the American University of Armenia. Artur is currently studying to gain his Master of Science in Business Analytics at Cornell University.

Milly Delgado is Director of Operations for MCG Realty Advisors, where she supports a wide range of internal functions, helping maintain day-to-day operations while contributing to the brokerage listing, outreach, and communications needs of the firm.
Milly provides essential operational support for the firm’s brokerage activities—gathering materials and streamlining the documentation of each new listing, supporting marketing efforts and crucial lead generation, and assisting with scheduling, transactional, and compliance communications and filings. Milly works closely with the brokerage team to streamline processes with ownership groups, buyers, and agents.
Milly also supports financial and administrative operations, including vendor coordination, travel logistics, office management, CRM oversight, and internal workflow organization. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Safety Management and brings more than 12 years of legal and administrative experience to her role.
